Dr. M. V. R. Memorial Pradhamika Pathasala, Gollaprolu.

Gollaprolu is a small village on the east Coast of Andhra Pradesh, India. Eco Foundation is sponsoring the creation of a Botanical Garden on the school grounds where the children are expected to perticipate by planting a tree and adopting it until it grows. The children are expected to identify the plant by its binomial scientific name, its local name, and its medicinal properties - if any. The Foundation is also taking up the construction of a small science museum cum science laboratory on the school grounds. Some of the exhibits will be purchased, but most will be made my the students themselves as class projects.
